Pronext
Pronext is the Business Development company within the Contec Group. It creates and manages development operations, especially in the real estate sector and redevelopment of existing assets, independently or in partnership with other parties. It also provides technical, legal, administrative and strategic consulting for the management of investment operations with a specific focus on the management of private and public tenders. Founded in 2014, Pronext raised from the long experience of Contec Ingegneria that is one of the first engineering and architecture companies in Italy. Contec AQS
Contec AQS is a company specializing in areas such as the environment, quality and safety on construction sites and in the workplace. A dynamic methodology, specifically designed to take into due account the interdisciplinary nature of the services offered, makes Contec AQS into an innovative reality, ready to provide its clients with the support they need, including training programs, and can be seen as the ideal choice for companies that want their activities to evolve in accordance with the latest standards and regulations.
Contec Ingegneria
Contec Ingegneria has been active for over 50 years and was one of the first engineering firms to enter the Italian market. Moreover, it was among the first companies to put in place a Quality Management System pursuant to standard UNI EN ISO 9001. It relies on over 30 collaborators, working on staff functions and in seven different technical areas: city planning & the environment, architectural design, engineering design, structural design, site management and project management, on-site safety, cost estimate and contracts.
